What animals are included in the package?
Two ponies, one is for rides and one is in the zoo, along with sheep, goats, alpacas, and rabbits.
How much time do we get with the animals?
The special is for one hour. The time starts after we are all set-up. If needed, the rate for additional time is $150 per ½ hour.
Is there a weight limit for the pony?
Our pony has a weight limit of 75 pounds.
Where can the petting zoo be setup and where do the rides take place?
We need about a 10 x 10 space for the petting zoo that is in a flat area The animals prefer a grassy surface but can go on concrete if needed. Two pens will be set-up. One for the rabbits and one for the larger animals. Your guests will be able to go in the rabbit pen to interact and feed them. The larger animals can be fed/ pet from the outside of their pen. Rides can take place anywhere with a flat surface and enough room for the pony to turn around safely.
What is needed to secure a booking?
$100 deposit is required to secure your booking. An invoice will be sent to your e-mail once you are ready to book.
Our bouncer/ concession machine rentals do not require a deposit since you are not taking up a time slot like you would with our animal package.
Do you offer rain dates and what happens if there is bad weather?
Unfortunately we don’t offer rain dates upon booking. However, based on our availability you can reschedule if bad weather is forecasted. If we don’t have availability we would issue you a credit for your deposit since they are non-refundable. This credit never expires and you can use it towards the animal package, bouncer or concession rentals.
How long do we get the bounce house/ concession machines for?
We do all day rentals for our bounce house/ inflatables. It will either be dropped off the night before or the morning of your party/event. Pick up will be scheduled for the day after your party/event. A $75 same-day pick up fee will be added if required to be picked up the same day.
Concession machines are also all day rentals. If you are receiving free cotton candy because you are doing the animal package AND a bounce house rental then the cotton candy will be made for you once your guests are done with the animals. The machine will not be staying.
Do the supplies come with the concession machines?
Supplies do not come with your rental. Below are links to supplies that we recommend. You do not have to buy supplies if you are receiving the free cotton candy offer.
Any additional fees?
Since we are located in Eastern Suffolk a $50 travel fee will be added if your party/event is in Nassau. The travel fee for NYC is determined by your location. An 18% gratuity will also be added to your total.
